Round 01 · Weird Meta Moments

What you told me

Patterns from anonymous reports, next to what Meta says publicly. These are people's experiences, not proof of how Meta's systems work.

FINDINGS.DAT

Reports are still coming in

The first findings appear here once enough reports have been checked for privacy. Until then there is nothing to show, and I won't guess.

Each finding will be shown in three parts: what people reported, what Meta says (quoted, with a link), and what nobody has explained yet.

Read this before you share a number

  • These are voluntary, anonymous self-reports. People who had an unusual experience are more likely to send one, so the results can't tell you how common anything is.
  • I can't confirm what happened inside Meta's systems. A pattern in reports is a reason to ask questions, not proof.
  • Coincidence and memory play a part. Some reports will have ordinary explanations.
  • Meta's statements are quoted from its public pages on the date shown. They may change.
  • Every report is read by a person before it is counted or quoted. Quotes appear only with permission.
  • Nothing here is legal advice.
